This morning I blended something a little different than usual for my post workout smoothie. After all the shoveling yesterday hot cocoa has been on my mind. So instead of indulging on a mug of sugar I decided to add a little chocolate to my smoothie;
4 Ice Cubes
1 Table Spoon of PB2
8 oz of Lite Chocolate Soy Milk
1 oz of H20
1 Tablespoon of Wheat Germ
Blend & Enjoy.
