Since I was in Washington DC and unable to go to a gym, I did this as part of my workout.
- 100 Jacks
- 90 Squats
- 80 Cross body mountain climbers
- 70 Situps
- 60 Pushups
- 50 Leg raises (6 inches rule!)
- 40 Front Lunges (Alternating Leg)
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Up/Downs
- 10- 30 sec Plank-holds (alt. leg raise holds are fun too)
I sent this workout to some a of my personal training clients; I wonder how they did! 🙂
