My fitness moto for the day: I’m not there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday.
This morning I woke up and did this:
30 Jacks
10 Push Ups (Arms Elevated)
30 High Knees
10 Squats
10 Push Ups (Reg)
30 Jacks
10 Push Ups (Feet Elevated)
30 Crunches
10 Burpees
30 Leg Raises
10 push Ups (Reg)
Then I had a bowl of Wheaties & a cup of coffee & continued to process Wedding & Engagement Photos.
this . . . is cool.
