On Sunday, a group of my friends and I went to Blue Jacket for brunch.
Blue Jacket is a wonderful Milwaukee restaurant serving seasonal dishes and craft beverages inspired by the great lakes region.  #yum

Quinoa Hash: Mixed Quiona, Leeks, Peppers, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Tamari-Yeast Vinaigrette

Red Snapper: Citadelle Gin, Blue Jacket Bloody Mary Mix, Blackstrap Bitters

“BLT” : Braised Pork Belly, Arugula, Garlic Aioli, Tomato Jam, Pan de Mie. (FYI: the Tomato jam was to die for!)

Pork Shoulder Hash: Braised Pork Shoulder, caramelized Onions, Bell Pepper, Scallions, poached Egg
