Sweet Potato Fries. #yummo
Ingredients
4 tbs Olive Oil
3 sweet potatoes, and sliced into 1/4-inch long slices
Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with olive oil to coat. Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
We served ours with Melinda’s Bold & Spicy Habanero Ketchup. So amazing!
