Last Sunday, Caleb and I rode our beloved Purefix bikes to the new Rocket Baby Bakery in Bay View.
This was our first time visiting RBB and it did not disappoint!
Rocket Baby Bakery serves a myriad of delicious baked-from-scratch creations, which made it a incredibly hard task for us to order.
We finally decided on: a large Hawthorne Coffee, Sassy Cow Chocolate Milk, Monkey Bread (pieces of croissant dough drizzled with butter, cinnamon, and sugar), Breakfast in a muffin (hardboiled-egg, double smoked bacon, aged cheddar, Italian parsley, stone ground mustard, and a bit of semolina flour), and a Savory Scone (cream scone with a savory twist—toasted walnuts, scallions, goat cheese, and a touch of honey). Holy cats! #yummo
Rocket Baby Bakery bakes everything daily from scratch. They pride themselves in that they use as many local sources as possible. They are the bees-knees when it comes to baked goods! If you have not been there – GET there!
