Oh boy! This weekend’s wedding was such a treat! Congrats to Katie + Danny who were hitched this Saturday at St Charles!
Their wedding day was jam-packed with beautiful songs, lots of laughter, and plenty of happy-tears!
After the ceremony, we stopped at Arrowhead High school, where K+D first started dating. Can you believe it? High school?!?!
Post HS they had plans to attend different colleges but, for the sake of their relationship, Danny transferred and they both attended St Norbert. Their love story makes me feel all warm and fuzzy … and crave Taco Bell. 😉
After some crazy football pictures, we went to Nashotah park for some incredibly lush and beautiful photos. THEN we took a pontoon boat ride before heading to the reception at the Oconomowoc Lake Club. Â Holy Cow! #epicweddingpartyfun
Their reception was loads of fun too! Mad props to the wedding-speech-rap of all wedding-speech-raps given by the maid of honor!  I am so happy I was there to capture all of the fun and antics of their fantastic day!
*Side Note* You may recall when I photographed L+J’s wedding this January, I bring this up because many of the guests from their wedding attending K+D’s wedding. I felt like I knew so many faces and I felt like I was part of their family. I have never felt more loved, appreciated, and welcomed by all of K+D’s family and friends. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for including me in your wedding festivities! I am truly blessed to have made so many great friends and to have witnessed so many beautiful moments!
Enjoy the preview! XOÂ

Dearest Katie,
You were a stunning bride! No surprise there. 🙂 Your happiness radiates from within you and is evident in the beautiful photographs (props to your amazing photographer!). I am still a little hurt that I was not a bridesmaid. However, after seeing the pics I get it – coral is not my color and I think we both know that.
Love you and miss you terribly! Be happy, my friend!
