This week I went to Madison, Wi to hangout with a very sweet and super athletic couple, Kalah + Aaron.

We started the session at their crossfit gym and I nearly exploded with envy – – to two are crazy awesome!

K+A just recently moved to Madison so we did some wandering around the city and then ended the session at the capital building.

I am so thrilled I met these two – – I had such a great time!
