The Dousman House Wedding ~ Ashley + Drew // Studio 29 Photography

On Thursday, Caleb and I got engaged at 9:29pm.

On Friday, after all of my photo-sessions, we drove to Prairie Du Chien.

On Saturday, we woke up had breakfast at a local diner and then headed to The Dousman House to photograph Ashley + Drew’s wedding!

We enjoyed spending time with our friends and photographing A+D’s wedding day. I cannot think of a better way to spend our first few hours of being engaged.

This wonderful DIY style barn wedding was perfect for A+D! Taking place at Drew’s step-dad’s farm; this wedding was really special! Friends and family pitched in from all around to help the couple create all their DIY decorations and turn the shed into a usable dining space. I really loved that they even made their own floral bouquets!

Sentimental toasts commenced and as guests reached out their hands to clink glasses – the love of each guest was so evident (( through happy tears and smiles.))

Beer on tap and a super awesome rock band provided endless fun!

We also witnessed the most beautiful sunset of this summer and even had some fun with our new pixel-stick!
