1 pckt Starbucks Iced Via or 1 cup Cooled Coffee
4 Ice cubes
1 Scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla or Chocolate)
2 Oz Soy Milk/Non Fat Milk
Shake in Shaker or Nalgene Bottle. Enjoy.
