This morning since I was unable to participate in the run (because of my IT band syndrome in my knees) I decided to join my friends from Physique Boot Camp by taking photos.

The Arthritis Foundation’s 2011 Jingle Bell Run/Walk was held at the Milwaukee County Zoo.

I loved all the bells people had attached to their sneakers.Some runners wore some crazy costumes!

I had a great time, although not being able to run it was quite depressing.

I was happy I was there to support my Physique Bootcamp friends!

PS: did you know that the milwaukee zoo has 3 lion cubs?!?!
