Don’t mean to beep my own horn, but…seriously…beep beep!
Today’s post workout smoothie was totally random – – but turned out amazing.
My Post Workout Smoothie Recipe:
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 cup simply orange juice w/ mango
- 1 scoop vanilla whey
- 1/8 cup oats
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Blend. Drink. Smile.
